Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LearnSquad, a digital education platform operated by Randgo Rewards (Pty) Ltd (“Randgo Rewards”) in partnership with a network of accredited education providers across South Africa (“Partner Colleges”). By accessing or using LearnSquad, you agree to these Terms in full.

LearnSquad functions as a digital courses aggregator, facilitating access to accredited programmes and professional development courses delivered by Partner Colleges. Randgo Rewardsmanages distribution, enrolment support, and reporting on behalf of its education partners.

Randgo Rewards partners with accredited colleges and registered training institutions to deliver the programmes listed on the LearnSquad platform. Each course clearly identifies the Partner College responsible for instruction, assessment, and certification.

LearnSquad offers access to accredited online qualifications and skills programmes designed for professional development.All courses are delivered directly through the official student portals of Partner Colleges. Certificates are issued by the accredited institution upon successful completion of the course.

Randgo Rewards does not issue certificates or conduct tuition. It provides the digital platform, student enrolment support, and impact reporting services for employer and education partners.

Users must create an account to access courses. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have guardian consent. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.

All course prices are clearly displayed and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Where a course is delivered directly by an accredited education provider, the tuition component is exempt from VAT in accordance with South African VAT legislation. However, any digital facilitation, platform, or administrative fees charged by Randgo Rewards (Pty) Ltd may be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

All invoices will clearly itemise any applicable VAT or exempt amounts. Randgo Rewards reserves the right to suspend course access if payment is incomplete, delayed, or cancelled.

Students may cancel their enrolment within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that no course content has been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted via support@learnsquad.co.za. Once access credentials have been issued or course materials viewed, the enrolment becomes final and non-refundable.

In the event that a Partner College cancels a course, a full refund or equivalent course credit will be offered.

All intellectual property, including course content, platform design, and trademarks, remains the property of Randgo Rewards, its Partner Colleges, or their licensors. Students receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access course materials for personal, educational use only. No content may be copied, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

Randgo Rewards facilitates access to programmes offered by accredited institutions but is not responsible for academic delivery, assessment, or certification outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Randgo Rewards and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the LearnSquad platform.

Randgo Rewards complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and all applicable data protection laws. Personal information collected through LearnSquad is used exclusively for enrolment, academic coordination, reporting, and support purposes.

Data is securely stored, encrypted in transit, and shared only with authorised education partners as required for course delivery and compliance. For further details, refer to the LearnSquad Privacy Policy.

Neither Randgo Rewards, Colleges, trainers, employees, agents, nor associated persons will be responsible for any claim, loss, or damage arising from use of the platform, on-premise attendance, or transportation to venues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to internal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration or mediation in Johannesburg under South African law.

Randgo Rewards may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the LearnSquad platform or by email. Continued use of LearnSquad after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid. Neither Randgo Rewards nor its Partner Colleges shall be liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond their control (force majeure). Rights and obligations under these Terms may not be assigned without prior written consent.
